Payment
Payment & Billing
You purchase displays and manage payments directly online. All billing runs through Stripe — secure, encrypted, without a traditional invoicing process.
You manage payments entirely on your own: add a payment method, book additional displays or cancel, download invoices as PDFs — everything directly in the cloud portal. No waiting, no emails, no accounting loops.
You choose the payment method at checkout. All common options are available — whichever fits your accounting or day-to-day best. Processing runs securely through Stripe, and payment data never touches our servers.
Choose between monthly billing (cancel any time at month-end) or yearly billing (fixed 12-month term with a price advantage). You can switch intervals at any time in the portal, and the change applies uniformly to all displays in your account.
Cost example
What are the acquisition costs for an office setup?
It's more affordable than many expect. For a modern 50" display, you can roughly budget around €500. The big advantage: Thanks to dynamic presentation, you can show up to 10 properties simultaneously or rotating on this single device. An example: Equip your office with three large displays, and hardware costs are around €1,500 (plus monthly software fees). For comparison: The same investment often only gets you conventional, static LED light frames for paper printouts. With us, you get a modern, digital multimedia solution for the same money.
Technical setup
Do I need a mini PC, or can I use my signage display's built-in CMS?
Both routes work. We recommend a small mini PC connected via HDMI to your display or TV. It's always the strongest option in terms of performance and guarantees smooth playback even at 4K. Alternatively, you can use the integrated CMS of your signage display and skip the mini PC. For smooth 4K playback via the built-in CMS, the display should support at least Android 14.
